A start to a healthy day varies on each person you ask. Everyone has a system and a method that works best for them. A few people have asked and this is what I do:
* Six days a week I start my day with “Red Hot Anahata” - A red juice that I make in my home. About 1 pint (half of a 1 quart mason jar). I add Chia seeds approx. 1Tbsp and then I give the whole mix a good shake. Let sit for a few minutes so that the Chia can absorb and start to expand.
* I also rub Peppermint Oil onto my stomach. Starting under the breast, down to your undie line, and along the sides of the rib cage. If you have sensitive skin you may want to dilute with a carrier oil. I personally don’t. I like to just rub it on and enjoy the burning cold. The reason I use peppermint oil in the a.m. before other activities is because it is absorbed through the skin and helps relieve excess bloat and inflammation.
* And what is any day without a Multi-Vitamin, Biotin, and Cranberry Extract (not pictured)?
This is what I like to do. I also include walking, jogging, and Yoga into my daily routine. But just like normal everyday people, when life comes with interruptions, I go with the flow and don’t beat myself up about it. Just pick up where you left off and get back into the rhythm of things.
